Payment & Returns

There are four different ways to pay.

Credit Cards:

Orders online or by telephone must be paid for by credit, debit or charge card. We do not yet have the facilities to process American Express credit cards, although this is something we are currently working on.

For your peace of mind we can assure you that our website is fully secure and uses a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect your credit card information.

Your credit card will only be charged when your order is placed.

Faxed Orders:

Use the web site software to complete your purchases then simply click through to the checkout and click on the ‘print your order' button located underneath your order. This will give you a hard copy, which you can then fax through to us.

We will calculate postal charges for you.

All faxed orders must include your credit card details and full postal address, please fax your orders to +44 (0) 151 427 1161

If you are manually processing your order it is important to clearly print all the order numbers of the items you are purchasing.

Cheque:

Use the web site software to complete your purchases then simply click through to the checkout and click on the ‘print your order' button located underneath your order. This will give you a hard copy, which you can then send with your cheque. Remember to include your postage and package charges, read the postal charges link on our website to help with any calculations.

If you want to pay by cheque, your cheque must be a sterling cheque in UK pounds and pence made payable to ‘John Arnold Publishing Ltd'. Sterling cheques are available from all high street banks for a small commission. Remember, we do not accept cheques in any currency other than United Kingdom pounds and pence.

Bank Transfer:

If you want to pay electronically by bank transfer please e-mail us and we will send you our bank details. Take the details to any high street bank and they will do the transfer for you. All commissions and charges for this service must be paid before the transaction reaches our bank account. We will not pay any outstanding charges.

Returns:

In the event that an item does not meet your expectations, please return it to us within seven days, unused and in its original packaging. On receipt we will replace the item or provide a full refund. Please advise us within two days of receiving your order if any damage has occurred in transit.
